About the Journal

Tourism Empirics is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the rapid dissemination of high-quality empirical research in tourism and hospitality studies. The journal provides a focused outlet for data-driven research, statistical analysis, and evidence-based findings that enhance the understanding of tourism-related economic, social, and spatial dynamics.

Scope: The journal welcomes submissions employing quantitative, empirical, and data-oriented approaches across tourism economics, hospitality management, destination analysis, sustainable tourism, tourism demand and forecasting, labor and productivity in tourism, and related applied fields.

Format: To promote concise scholarship and timely publication, Tourism Empirics publishes short papers and research notes only. Manuscripts must not exceed 3,000 words, inclusive of references, tables, and figures. This format is intended for authors presenting focused empirical contributions, replication studies, or novel data-driven insights without extensive theoretical exposition.
